Founder

With over 15 years of recruitment experience within the professional services sector, Katie has built a deep understanding of how talent connects with opportunity. After running her own recruitment company, she saw firsthand the challenges and inefficiencies of traditional per-hire fees—especially with entry level talent, where skill matching is impossible. Driven to create a fairer, more accessible approach for both employers and candidates, Katie founded The Begin App to redefine how early careers hiring works, making the process simpler, smarter, and more beneficial for everyone involved.

Kerri Jones

Head of Sales & Partnerships

With over 25 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams across the U.S., Kerri brings deep expertise in strategy, partnerships, and growth. Having built and managed successful sales operations in fast-paced environments, Kerri is known for driving results through strong leadership, clear direction, and a collaborative approach. As Head of Sales and Partnerships, she will be focused on building lasting client relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and ensuring every aspect of the sales function runs smoothly and efficiently.

Henry Jones

CTO

With over 15 years of experience in web and software development, Henry has built a reputation for creating intuitive, high-performing digital products. After founding and running his own company, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, Henry ensures every aspect of the Begin platform is fast, reliable, and seamless. As CTO, he’s focused on building infrastructure that supports growth while maintaining the quality and performance users expect.

Now leading student events and onboarding initiatives, she brings a passion for helping the next generation take their first career steps and ensuring every participant feels engaged, informed, and inspired.
